This site and the Amparo Cloud application are operated by Edward Humberto Vidal Poz, a sole proprietorship registered in Guatemala as an Empresa Mercantil Individual under the trade name Geomeetry Systems. We are the data controller responsible for the personal data described below.
By using this website, contacting us, or opting in to receive WhatsApp messages from one of our applications, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.
Geomeetry Systems provides product engineering, MCP infrastructure for artificial intelligence and cybersecurity, and operates Amparo Cloud, an application that uses the WhatsApp Business Platform to communicate with users who have opted in.
Geomeetry Systems does not send WhatsApp messages from this website. Where one of the applications we operate uses the WhatsApp Business Platform — today that is Amparo Cloud, at amparo.cloud — what follows governs that messaging, and it applies to you only if you opted in through that application.
You agree not to use the website or our messaging to send unlawful, abusive, deceptive or infringing content, to attempt unauthorised access to our systems, or to interfere with their normal operation. We may suspend service to anyone who does.
The content, code and design of this website belong to Edward Humberto Vidal Poz unless stated otherwise, and may not be reproduced without written permission. Trademarks of third parties, including WhatsApp and Meta, belong to their respective owners.
The website is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Guatemala, and any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Guatemala City.
