This website (geomeetry.com) represents the corporate presence of Geomeetry Systems, a commercial enterprise operated by Edward Humberto Vidal Poz. This policy establishes the operator's governance framework. The specific operations, terms of use, and data handling of the SaaS platform Amparo Cloud are governed complementarily by its own documentation published at amparo.cloud/privacidad , amparo.cloud/terminos , and amparo.cloud/eliminacion-de-datos . To process a request, only the minimum data strictly necessary to identify and verify the relevant record will be required.
For security and privacy reasons, we do not collect additional personal data preventively, and you must not send DPI, passport, or any government identity document via WhatsApp. If additional verification is needed in a specific case, it will be proportionate and conducted through a secure channel.
Upon receiving the request, the team verifies the record details and assesses the technical scope of deletion in accordance with operational capacity.
Deletion covers contact information, inquiry records, and conversation history on authorized devices to the extent technically feasible.
Data whose retention is strictly required to comply with applicable legal, tax, or accounting obligations under Guatemalan law, or to resolve potential legal liabilities, may not be deleted immediately. No rigid operational turnaround times are published in the absence of an approved production runbook, with requests managed diligently through monitored human channels.
If you only wish to stop receiving messages or notifications, submitting a full data deletion request is not necessary. You may request exclusion at any time by emailing soporte@amparo.cloud.
The number ending in 5058 is the designated channel for human support (does not operate as a bot), and opt-out requests are managed by email at soporte@amparo.cloud. Before activating planned automation on the +502 4487 6197 channel, the opt-out webhook and suppression list must be implemented.
