What we may hold about you

• Your WhatsApp phone number and profile name, if you have messaged Amparo Cloud or opted in there to receive messages.
• The content and timestamps of that WhatsApp conversation.
• Your email address and the content of your emails, if you have written to us.
• Pseudonymous website analytics, which are not linked to your identity.

How to request deletion

Send us an email and we will handle it. There is no form to fill in.

• Write to info@geomeetry.com with the subject line "Data deletion request".
• Tell us the WhatsApp phone number and/or email address whose data you want deleted, so we can find it.
• You do not need to give a reason.

What happens next

• We acknowledge your request within 5 business days and reply with a reference number you can quote.
• We complete the deletion within 30 calendar days and confirm it by email, quoting the same reference number.
• If we cannot delete some of the data, we tell you exactly which part and on what legal basis we must keep it.

What we delete

We delete your phone number, profile name, message history and any contact details we hold, from our own systems and from any backup within the backup rotation period.

What we may have to keep

Guatemalan accounting and tax law requires us to keep invoicing and transaction records for a fixed period. If you have been a paying client, those records stay until that period expires, and are then deleted. We do not use them for anything else.

Stopping messages immediately

If you only want the messages to stop, you do not need to wait for a deletion request. Reply STOP to any of our WhatsApp messages and we stop sending immediately.

Data held by Meta

Messages sent through the WhatsApp Business Platform also pass through Meta’s systems, where message content is retained for a maximum of 30 days. Deleting data from your own WhatsApp app and from Meta’s services is governed by WhatsApp’s privacy policy, which we do not control.
