How Geomeetry Systems collects, uses, shares and deletes personal data on this website and in the applications we operate that use WhatsApp.

This site and the Amparo Cloud application are operated by Edward Humberto Vidal Poz, a sole proprietorship registered in Guatemala as an Empresa Mercantil Individual under the trade name Geomeetry Systems. We are the data controller responsible for the personal data described below.
This policy covers the website at geomeetry.com and the applications Geomeetry Systems operates. Geomeetry Systems does not send WhatsApp messages from this website. Where one of the applications we operate uses the WhatsApp Business Platform — today that is Amparo Cloud, at amparo.cloud — what follows governs that messaging, and it applies to you only if you opted in through that application. It does not cover third-party websites we link to.
We collect only what we need for the purposes listed in the next section.
Geomeetry Systems does not send WhatsApp messages from this website. Where one of the applications we operate uses the WhatsApp Business Platform — today that is Amparo Cloud, at amparo.cloud — what follows governs that messaging, and it applies to you only if you opted in through that application.
We only send WhatsApp messages to people who have given prior, explicit consent. Messages are sent under the display name Amparo Cloud, an application operated by Geomeetry Systems. When you opt in, we tell you that you are agreeing to receive messages from Amparo Cloud over WhatsApp and what kind of messages we will send. We do not use pre-ticked boxes or bury consent inside unrelated terms.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by replying STOP to any of our WhatsApp messages, or by emailing us. We stop sending messages as soon as we process the request.
WhatsApp is operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. Your use of WhatsApp itself is governed by WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy, which we do not control.
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the providers we need to operate, and only for that purpose:
You may ask us to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and to withdraw a consent you have given. Write to info@geomeetry.com and we will reply within 30 calendar days with a reference number for your request.
You can request deletion of everything we hold about you at any time. The full procedure, what we delete and what we are obliged to keep, is described on our Data Deletion page.
Our providers process data on servers outside Guatemala, including in the United States and the European Union. We rely on the contractual safeguards those providers offer for international transfers.
Our services are not directed to people under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a minor has sent us data, contact us and we will delete it.
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), access control and the minimisation described above. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting how we use your data will be announced before they take effect.
